Response timing
I aim to reply within 24 hours — 48 hours max during busy periods or launch weeks.
Before you send
For anything order-related, including the following helps me reply with context:
- Order number (if you have one)
- Name used at checkout
- Rough date/time you placed the order
If your message is more of a general “I like what you’re doing” or a longer story – those are read, appreciated, and sometimes saved as fuel to keep going.

Yes. ForgeEmber is a real, one-human studio running real print runs, packing real parcels, and sending them out from Glasgow.
“When will my order ship?”
Orders are sent via Royal Mail within 2 working days.
Pre-orders are shipped within the promised release window.
“Do you do custom work or collabs?”
Potentially. If your idea fits the ForgeEmber world, it’s worth reaching out. The pace will still be human — not instant — but the door is open.
